Day 1
I finally signed up . Life got on the way again and delayed my enrollment but I just came back from the YMCA! Tomorrow is day 1 of the exercise program! I am posting this today because I don't think I'll be able to lift my arms after tomorrow! It's hard to imagine being excited about not be able to move!!!
